Cosmos has a factory, occupying 60,000 sq. ft., in Dongguan City, Southern China.
With 100 employees in the facility, Cosmos is capable of building 180 molds in a year. We have all the essential mold making machines and equipments in house. For examples, EDM, Wirecut, CNC Milling, Surface Grinding, and other conventional machining. Cosmos has the capabilities to build molds that run in up to 1000 ton molding machines and have both horizontal molding machines as well as vertical molding machines for insert molding.
